1. Paraphrase the reading.
Everything is connected and whatever happens to the earth, happens to the people on earth.
2. Write at least 4 sentences that explain reaction to/thoughts about reading. Do you agree or disagree? Why is the message important? How will this message change you?
I agree with this passage because I believe we're all connected to one another. We all live and breathe the same air and whenever something happens in the world, good or bad, we feel it. Someone could be a continent away, yet if some sort of disaster strikes, we mourn with them and feel their pain. This message changed me because it reminds me of my roots and where we all come from.
